Franchisee Selection
Pizza Mia!® will be awarding a limited number of franchises to highly qualified candidates, based on carefully considered criteria. Among the qualifications we’re seeking are:
- Self-motivation, high energy, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to recruit, train and manage food service workers
- Strong sales and customer service abilities
- Willingness to learn
- Willingness work long hours in a high pressure environment
- Ability to follow and teach a specific business system to ensure our standards and consistency
- Well-developed people skills
- Maturity, stability and high personal standards of excellence
- Sufficient start-up and working capital
- Former food service or restaurant experience is not required, but will be considered a plus.
