You’ll be trained in all aspects of the Pizza Mia!® franchise, including our well-loved recipes and efficient food preparation techniques. Classroom training will cover such areas as administrations, operations, sales/marketing and more. Ample on-the-job training will provide you with hands-on experience in our methods and procedures. Just prior to and immediately following the opening of your Pizza Mia!® restaurant, we’ll send an experienced trainer to assist you. The support doesn’t end there. Whether it’s 3 days into your new store or 3 years, our corporate staff will be there for you. - Operations Manual
The Pizza Mia!® operations manual contains well-organized, in-depth information on all aspects of operating your franchise. It includes our proprietary recipes, daily operational procedures, and more in a straightforward, easy to use format. - Site Selection/Design & Construction
Choosing the right location is vital to any business, so we’ll provide guidelineson selecting the right site for your Pizza Mia!® franchise. Factors include a close proximity to schools and residential neighborhoods to support a strong dinner and weekend trade and, to open up the possibility of promoting a lunch business nearness to offices and industrial parks. - Marketing Support
We’ll share our insight into promoting the Pizza Mia!® brand and provide you with consumer marketing plans and professionally produced advertising materials.
